Cancellations are accepted up to 42 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations Aftet 42 hours  will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. The 50% will need to be paid when rebooking if not paid upon cancellation. Deposit is none refundable. There is a 15mins grace period, after the 15mins another 15mins might be approved by technician but will be charged an additional $20 for late fee. This is use to compensate the following appointments which was affected by the inconvenience.
