Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 42 hours before your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable towards future booking.

Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. An additional 15 minutes may be approved with a $20 late fee depending on availability.
